To ensure that the components of the flatpack arrive safely:
Plastic strapping of steel components to each other inside the package prevents the parts from rubbing or moving in transit.
Steel components are packed to optimise the benefits of the protective plastic coating
3mm thick MDF Boards are placed underneath and on top of the components inside the cardboard box to prevent damage to those surfaces and the box corners
Plastic strapping on the outside of the box ties the MDF boards together to make a solid unit
All flatpacks are labelled on the top and side panels for ease of identification.
