OzLocka toolboxes are supplied pre-punched ready for assembly.  Our kits come with easy to follow step by step instructions written in plain English with clear diagrams, (see sample below).

 

There is:

  • No Drilling
  • No Cutting
  • No Measuring

Your toolbox can be fully assembled quickly, using only these tools:

  • Riveter suitable for 5/32" (4.0mm) Alum. body / Steel stem rivets
  • #2 Phillips head screwdriver (hinges and locks)
  • 13mm socket and spanner or shifter (gas strut fittings)
  • 10mm socket and spanner or shifter (lock adjustment)
  • 7mm spanner or shifter (large door hinge)
  • Scissors or knife to cut sealing tape
  • White Polyurethane Adhesive/Sealant (such as Sika 221, Sellys Pro or Bostik FC)
